What We Do

The Metro Business Association is a networking group for business owners and managers.  Networking groups create a non-competitive environment to increase business, contacts, and marketability.  Exclusive categories are the cornerstone of every successful networking group and allow for a freer exchange of ideas between group members.

By building long-term business and personal relationships with other group members, we expand our own business connections.  We meet every week to exchange business leads, discuss local news, and receive interesting and relevant information from our member and guest speakers.  Joining the MBA is a great way to become a vital part of the local business community while you improve your business.

Social Events
One of the highlights of becoming a member of the MBA is participating in our regular social events.  Play to win at the annual MBA Curling day – or just come later for pizza and beer.  Spend a summer evening on our annual local water tour or a day kayaking with your fellow members and guests.  It’s a great way to get to know the people behind the business.

Business Development
Events, workshops, and mentoring are all a part of the MBA Business Development plan.  The group is an experienced source of knowledge and opinion and each member is eager to share with you.  Use the group as a sounding board for new ideas or test your latest marketing thoughts.
