A wise person once told me to do what I love … I took her advice!

I’m a firm believer in great customer service/satisfaction and honest-to-goodness hard work. I first realized the importance of great customer service when I worked at Hewlett-Packard’s head office in Mississauga, ON. I was trained to deal with customers’ problems and/or issues the “HP Way”.  This meant taking “ownership” of customer issues until they were resolved to the customer’s satisfaction even if somehow you received the customer’s call and you were not in the department that would normally handle that specific problem.

The concept here is that the customer would only need to deal with one person until their issue was resolved. This avoided frustration on the customer’s part by not having to tell his/her story to multiple people. I learned this lesson early in my career which has served me well in the past and continues to serve me well today.

You won’t find anyone with more enthusiasm and passion for the real estate business who has a strong commitment and desire to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals. And of course I provide guidance and support every step of the way!
